Admin Dashboard is really important for the internal team, internal dashboard using Odoo and it cause alot of problem from loading time so long and hard to navigate, we try to create UI/UX for the odoo but its really hard and consume alot of time from small business product team think its still fine but once we have big event and need to pull data from Odoo, sometimes makes our laptop crash, so from internal team input we agree we gonna move on from Odoo to another platform that we build from scratch, but becuase the business still need to be going we do this in pararel and this project taking almost 1 year to be done, from design to backend .

This is the new admin dashboard.

As we can see here everything so easy to navigate and our internal team also can get role so not everyone will see the menu and not gonna mess with other people work.

from creating SR, manage the partner, manage the client, create report for finance everything went smooth, the loading time also faster than before and if we have big event its not gonna be the bottleneck anymore.
